MANAGEMENT RECRUITMENT

RTR Associates provides management recruitment services on a retained and contingency basis in the areas of construction, real estate, logistics, engineering, architecture, information technology, finance and accounting.

At the outset of each search assignment we work closely with the client company to develop a detailed and comprehensive search profile in order to clearly define the position requirements and candidate specifications. Our goal is to quickly locate and qualify only those candidates who are a suitable match for the position and the company.

We work diligently to expedite the process to a highly satisfactory conclusion that will result in the best candidate becoming a valued long-term member of the client team.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Organizations are excellent only when there is great leadership taking place at all levels. We have found that many managers and team leaders who are technically competent may be seriously lacking in leadership and inter-personal skills. The result can be low moral, low productivity and high turnover, all resulting in damage to customer service, financial performance and the general well-being of the organization.
