RTR Associates is a consortium of independent contractors with a wide range of backgrounds in diverse fields of endeavor including banking, high tech, finance, accounting, hospitality, human resources and construction.

Our growing areas of specialization include residential and commercial construction, civil engineering, architecture, land and real estate development, finance, accounting and information technology.

Each RTR account manager is responsible for creating mutually beneficial working arrangements with his or her respective client companies. The account manager is responsible to the client for providing the highest level of service in accordance with the search agreement, agreed upon by both parties. This may include retained or contingency agreements or various hybrid arrangements.

We generally do not perform background or detailed reference checks but can do so for an additional fee. We carefully screen all candidates based on the criteria provided by the hiring authority and present only those that meet those criteria. We never charge placement fees to candidates and typically provide some level of resume and career coaching as part of preparing them for presentation.

The types of search assignments performed are up to the discretion of the individual account manager, but we generally restrict our efforts to mid and upper level positions.
