Our Associates work on a retained or contingency basis, depending on the situation. We also offer a Priority Search which involves an engagement fee rather than a full retainer. In each case there is a written agreement which spells out the terms of the agreement.

As a third party provider, we are free to recruit from sources, including your competitors, which you may not want to utilize on your own accord. We operate in a mode of utmost confidentiality in instances where it is necessary.
