THE TWELVE ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS OF LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE
This is a leadership development series consisting of twelve two hour modules presented at the RTR training facility over a period of twelve weeks. Each module includes one hour of presentation and one hour of facilitated roundtable discussion. The series can also be presented whole or in part at client locations and tailored to fit specific needs.
Each module is presented by a skilled speaker who has in-depth leadership experience and a passion for teaching leadership development. The modules are:
- Creating a Shared Vision - "Visioneering" and getting buy-in
- Cultivating Effective Communications - getting everyone "on the same page"
- Motivating Well and Often - providing inspiration - the "why"
- Maintaining Goal Orientation - keeping the eye on the prize
